The use of cornstarch powder helps absorb moisture; changing into clean and dry clothes when needed; having small towels or wash cloths to wipe ones perspiration; and, for women the use of panty-liners is greatly recommended.

The increased potential of having recurring yeast infection as one ages is natural for the body’s immune system is compromised by the very fact of that the body is aging and thus has decreased levels of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. The solution is simple, live healthy but you have to eat the correct healthy foods rich in vitamins and minerals, drink lots of water and take the necessary supplements. Without the right combination of foods and conditions, it will be hard to stop the recurring yeast infection plague.
